Just 0.5 km from the famous Gap of Dunloe mountain pass, The Ferris Wheel B&B can arrange scenic tours of the Gap by traditional horse-drawn carriage. It offers free parking, free Wi-Fi, and buffet breakfasts. With views of the flowery garden, horses in the field or the distant mountains, the bright and warmly furnished rooms each provide beds with Egyptian white linen. Rooms all include an en suite bathroom with a power shower. Killarney’s centre, along with its train and bus station, are located 15 minutes away by car. The Gap of Dunloe winds through the scenic MacGillycuddy Reeks mountain range and passes 5 lakes and the River Loe. Kate Kearney’s Cottage, offering a bar/restaurant with live traditional music and Irish dancing, is 5 minutes’ walk away.
