Situated in Jonzac in the Poitou-Charantes region, this residence is just 200 metres from the banks of the Seugne River. A private, furnished balcony is offered in each modern apartment. A TV and a telephone are also provided, and the apartments at Résidence Pierre & Vacances Les Rives de la Seugne include a bathroom with a bathtub or a shower. The kitchenettes are equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee machine and hotplates, and meals can be enjoyed in the dining area. Baby kits, towels and cleaning kits are available upon request. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 am to 12 pm and from 5 pm (4 pm in winter) to 7 pm. Closed on Wednesdays and Sunday afternoons. The reception is closed on Wednesday and Sunday afternoon. If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance. Prices include : Accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat + dish towel), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access (maximum of 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and research), charges and taxes (except tourist tax and handling fees). Beds made upon arrival and mid-week housekeeping adjusted to the number of guests in the accommodation are available at an extra cost. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, check-in takes place from 14:00 and check-out is possible until 17:00 (subject to availability - otherwise 12:00). A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested at an extra charge. The kit includes: 1 cot,1 high chair, 1 changing mat and 1 pushchair. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. Please note that a EUR 200 damages deposit by credit card or cheque is requested upon arrival. It is refundable after inventory. Please note that: Antilles de Jonzac aqualudic centre (lagoon area and fitness centre) will be fully closed on 6 and 7 March 2017. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
