Dette moderne hotel i kolonistil ligger centralt men fredeligt i Miraflores, blot 2 gader fra San Juan Miraflores-boulevarden med storslået udsigt over Stillehavet. Her tilbydes komfortabel indkvartering. Kennedy-parken, der er områdets største park, ligger blot 5 minutters gang derfra. Her afholdes dagligt et farverigt loppemarked. Det populære butikscenter Larcomar ligger blot 200 m fra hotellet. Desuden er der mange restauranter samt natklubber i gåafstand. Hotellet tilbyder fredelige og komfortable værelser med eget badeværelse samt moderne faciliteter, herunder kabel-tv og områder med gratis internetadgang.

Ifølge lokal skattelovgivning pålægges peruvianske statsborgere (samt udlændinge med ophold i Peru udover 59 dage) at betale et tillægsgebyr på 18% (IVA).
